Follow My Voice doesn't move
Allow microphone and speech recognition in Settings → Promptly.
The iPhone remote won't connect
Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi with Promptly open, and allow Local Network access for Promptly on each.
Scripts aren't syncing
Sign in to the same Apple Account on each device with iCloud Drive on.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On a new device, use Restore Purchases. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
